As the Founder and Managing Partner of Angelis Wealth Group, Inc., Steve is responsible for the day-to-day client experience at his firm, a responsibility he takes very seriously. His experience leading investment firms over the past 30 years has provided him the skills to successfully navigate his clients and their families through some of the most volatile and disruptive financial markets of our time.

Before founding the firm, Steve worked at Tompkins Financial Advisors, where he served as the President and a member of the Executive Committee of a New York-based bank Tompkins Financial.  His responsibilities included the investment management and client experience for approximately 1200 households and $2.5 billion in client assets. Through his financial planning approach, clients received investment management, trust and tax services to help them with their long-term goals.

At Nationwide Retirement Solutions, under Steve's leadership, his team managed $45 billion in government retirement plans assets for 1.5 million clients, helping them feel more confident in retirement.

Prior to that, he was the President of NCF Financial Corp., an investment services firm managing $10+ billion in assets for families, small businesses, and charities through their RIA, broker-dealer and trust department.

He has served as a board member for: Tompkins Financial Advisors, NCF Financial Services, The Peer Group Advisory Board and INVEST Financial Corp. and as a committee/council member at: LPL Financial, National Commerce Financial Corp., Nationwide Financial Corp. and Tompkins Financial Advisors.

Steve is an Investment Advisor Representative through Stratos Wealth Partners, has a B.S from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and lives in Upper Arlington Ohio with his wife and three daughters.  His spare time is spent with family and, on rare occasion, traveling and playing tennis.
