Sharon is a founding partner of Barton Spector Wealth Strategies. She has been providing clients with wealth management advice and as well as financial and income planning for over three decades. Sharon is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. After working in the engineering and marketing departments at Motorola Government Electronics Group in Scottsdale, Sharon joined Merrill Lynch in 1985 and spent her entire career there until 2017 when she formed her own independent wealth management firm with her partners.
Sharon focuses on retirement income opportunities, asset and liability management, retirement planning, investment selection and allocation all based on each client’s risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs and overall investment goals.
Sharon is also active in our community. She served as a board member for the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts and she is a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership (Class XX). Sharon and her husband, David, reside in Scottsdale and have three adult children.
